Shipping & Returns

Delicate Seams wants you to be thrilled with your purchase. We gladly accept returns on all full-priced top style garments (Cami, Bralette, Sportlette, 1st Bra) that are unworn, unwashed and undamaged, within 14 days of receiving your delivery. All hangtags must be attached to the merchandise, and garments must be returned in their original clear packaging, along with proof of payment (packing slip). We understand that a “try-on” is absolutely necessary, but items must be returned in the condition that they were received.

Bottom styles (Bikini, Hipster, Girlshort) are non-returnable and non-refundable items. To help ensure that your purchase is the right fit, please review the garment style descriptions, size guides, garment dimensions and photos provided for each style. We have tried our very best to provide you with as much detailed information about our garments so that you can make a confident purchase.

However, if you’re not 100% satisfied with the fit of your first panty, we promise to make it right. Simply e-mail us within 14 days of your first panty purchase at returns@delicateseams.com with “Panty Promise Please” in the subject line. Simply provide the information below in your e-mail:

PANTY PROMISE REQUEST:

  1. Your Name
  2. Order # (of your first panty)
  3. First Panty Ordered: Style, Size, Color
  4. Requested Panty Replacement: Style, Size, Color

We will gladly mail you one new size or style panty. Please keep your original panty purchase – there’s no need to return it to us. Consider it our way of saying “thanks” for trying on a pair from Delicate Seams.

Any items purchased in the context of a “sale” are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

Need to return something? Not a problem…it’s as easy as 1-2-3!

  1. Email us at returns@delicateseams.com within 14 days of receiving your shipment, with the following information:
    1. The order number (on your packing slip) in the subject line of the email
    2. Item(s) returning with SKU#(s)
    3. Reason for return
    4. Preferred contact e-mail and phone number (optional)
  2. We will email you a prepaid shipping label to print and paste on the original (or similar) package. Please include a copy of the original packing slip with your return. $3.00 will be deducted from your refund.
  3. Upon receipt of your returned package, we will process, credit your original form of payment, and email you with your notification of refund. Please note that it can take 5-7 days to fully process your return. Once processed (assuming the returned items meet the conditions of an eligible return), please allow 10 business days to see a refund posted to your credit card, and an additional 1 to 2 billing cycles to see the credit appear on your billing statement, as each bank’s process time varies.

We use the United States Postal Service (USPS) as our primary shipping carrier.

Delicate Seams provides free domestic shipping within the continental U.S. on orders $40 or more (before applicable tax). For orders under $40, we offer Standard Domestic USPS First Class Mail calculated weighted shipping to anywhere within the continental U.S.

For those who need their package much faster, we offer Domestic USPS Priority Mail (1-3 days) to anywhere within the continental U.S.

Most orders are shipped the next business day upon receipt (placed by 2 pm PST), Monday through Friday. All orders within the continental U.S. should arrive within 5-7 business days. Once your order is placed with us and shipped, you will receive an e-mail with your shipment tracking number to keep you informed of where your delivery is at all times.

Please note, around holidays and holiday weekends, our order fulfillment times may be slightly delayed. During these times, please allow at least 48 business hours before a package is officially shipped out.

Sometimes stuff just happens beyond our control. Interruptions to your shipping order include, but are not limited to, delays caused by service interruptions, inclement weather, transportation systems, shipping carrier or cardholder’s credit card bank delays.
